Assessment report, March 2020
The aim of the report was to:
- Assess the capacity of national level MoES, Basic Education Department to maintain and provide DHIS2-EMIS technical support
- Understand capacity of the district to use DHIS2-EMIS for data capture, validation, analysis and presentation
- Assess district utilisation of data for evidence-based planning and management
- Assess quality of the data collected and entered into the system
- Document project achievements, lessons learnt and challenges
- Document costs of implementing DHIS22 for Education at the district level
